    Television cracked and installation incomplete

    Television was cracked out of box and struggling to get a good appointment for reinstall of new television. No one cares all the days I have to take off work for incomplete service. The geek squad said they would get back with us, NOT!

    Geek squad arrived late under staffed and unable to install all my newly purchased gear how I wanted it to be. I kept the gear and cancelled Geek Squad. I hired an AV installer that got the job done.

    One to bear in mind is that, they do a survey first and within 24hrs give you a cost but getting a squad out to actually do the job may take time. The actual work was great but getting someone out took too long.

    Best Buy adviser recommended wiring thru fireplace - Geek Squad tech could not install as planned.
