Bought item for son so he could use Microsoft points for his online game,

He loves them and are always good gifts for holidays or good deeds

It's a $15 points card. What else is there to say???

This would be great if the servers weren't so laggy.

Product works fine. But should use a peel off instead of scratch off it is possible to scratch too hard and destroy code. Also Microsoft should have an app like Apple does that uses camera to redeem codes.

My pros and cons say it all. This is a necessity if you plan on not using a credit card on xbox live.

What can I say about this - it is basically a currency conversion for use on the Xbox 360/Xbox One marketplace. However, BestBuy sometimes has AWESOME sales on these cards, sometimes discounting them nearly 20%. I check the BestBuy ads all the time for deals on these cards and oftentimes pick them up in large quantities if they are on sale. These cards make awesome gifts as well. I have a couple of people in my family that love seeing these in their cards around birthdays/Christmas time, and they come in small enough denominations (such as this $15 card) that you could put one in a card for smaller occasions. And for those who think that $15 isn't enough to buy a game, keep in mind that the Xbox store has music and movies to purchase or rent, not to mention indie games that are usually around this price! Definitely would recommend, especially from BestBuy during sale times.

It does the job. I had no problem whatsoever using this card after the cashier activated it at the register. These are great if you are less than confident with storing CC info on MS's servers and you don't feel like entering in your info - every time you purchase something on your console. If you're at Best Buy anyhow, and you tend to buy something at the MS store soon anyhow....no downside here, folks.

All kidding and Simpsons references aside, this card is also a great way to save money if you're patient enough to wait until it's on sale.

These cards are great as rewards for jobs and such. I used one of these for my four year old so she could then choose a game. It's even got more value with Windows 10 release.
