Does just what I need

I like that the USB plugin for this one is much smaller and doesn't get in the way as much. I've only had the mouse for a few weeks but it works great so far.

Plug the receiver in a Mac or PC, insert 1 AA battery and slide the switch on the bottom of the mouse. Presto, one smooth scrolling mouse. No training required as it's not bluetooth. You can store the receiver in the mouse under the battery cover if you want.

Good basic mouse but longevity might be an issue

The last one worked for several years and then one of the buttons started to act up. I have just thrown the mouse in my backpack so it is possible that caused the problem. Otherwise I really like the form factor and that is why I purchased another.
