MY MICROSOFT SUBSCRIPTION IS AVALIABLE ANYTIME I NEED TO USE IT. VERY EXCELLENT PRODUCT.

Great value I have three computers on the plan right now and plan on adding probably 2 more soon.

I purchased the 5 computer one because it was only $30 more than the single computer. It was easy to set up with the key and share the other downloads with my kids. They have Mac and Windows based computers but the downloads apply to either. I didn't have to purchase both a Mac and Windows version.

I don’t like the fact that Microsoft makes you pay for 365 when I used to be free. Too expensive to have to renew each year. Very disappointed,

Microsoft Office is the standard in PC and business software. I was trying to get by with Freeware solutions for years and will never do that again. The ease of use and flowless compatibility of the original is well worth the cost. Also able to install on up to 5 devices has given my whole family the resources they need.

Went from a personal subscription to the Family in order to save money from two personal accounts for my wife and I. I have had Office for many years, and like using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

All the software I needed and others I didn't know about but am happy to have them. Worth it.

I've subscribed to MS 365 for 3-4 years now, and really like what it provides. In particular, the MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and the 1 TB of cloud storage (per person) offered by OneDrive, for me to use on multiple devices. I can also share all of that (including an additional 1 TB space on OneDrive) with up to 5 members of my family. My only complaint has been that it's very difficult to get assistance from Microsoft, anytime I've needed help. Perhaps due to the pandemic, they've stopped offering any direct customer service by phone. They still have Chat access, but I find it difficult to explain problems I'm having that way. Otherwise, I find this subscription offers a lot of applications that I need and use on a daily basis, and will continue to subscribe to it yearly.

I miss not having Microsoft Works. Used it a lot. Had to buy Office Suite to still have access to my spreadsheets.

This product is a great value for the money! I typically buy the individual subscription but it made more sense to get the Family subscription with multiple users.

Convenient option for families needing multiple copies of the Office applications. Setup and sharing were simple and straight-forward. Have not encountered any issues with the operation of any of the individual applications.

Great support from Geek Squad. Not happy Microsoft license policies need so much continuing revenue.

It is easy to use by all family members. It was fast to load and use immediately.

Product functions great and was well worth the funds, the Geek Squad loaded the software for me expeditiously !

Good for home use. Great deal! Bought the family edition and was able to download on my kids devices as well.
