I’ve only had 1 or 2 opportunities to use it, but it seem like it works quite well. I would recommend it. An$ it will update itself.

I love this program, so does my family, it is so easy to share things.

I got this for everyone in my family and we can all use it for every device we use and not take up space on the device we’re all using.

Bought Office 365 Home at Best Buy and used Geek Squad services to upgrade two desktop and one laptop PC - they did a great job! 365 itself was mostly an intuitive transition from 2007 apps. Only 'problem' was learning some of the settings for Outlook, but once I spent some time investigating, everything was great. Nice feeling knowing I don't have to keep up with updates - they are automatic.

Microsoft 365 is a good package. Dealing with Best Buy regarding my purchase and its set up was not nearly as good. When I called Best Buy's Geek Squad Customer Service, the wait time was always excessive (more than an hour each time). More than once, when I finally got through to a human being, I was put on hold and disconnected. I am a regular Best Buy customer and have had good experiences in the past, but not in this case.

Great to have especially when using office products

Decided to finally upgrade from Office 10 to 365 and glad I finally did that!

I thought of buying Office just for the new computer I purchased for my child, but this made better sense to have 1 year of Office for 4+ computers and tablets that the family has

I was not happy that Office 2006 wasn’t going to be supported any longer, but I’m glad to have the new versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, etc! I use Word and Outlook almost daily, and have been pleased with the new version. I was a bit apprehensive, but I lost nothing moving my mail - it all transferred to the new Outlook seamlessly. I hate having to pay yearly, but such is life!

Great new updates to office. Easy to use and great features.

Works pretty good! Gives you access to Word, Excel etc to your laptop, phone, pretty much any device you can install this program in. Only one code, but the main person can invite people to join the "family" up to 6 people for full access.

Everything went as was expected, the staff are just great and know the problems. PC was ready when advised.
