Happy with the product... not happy with the model. I would much prefer to purchase it outright and own it rather than renting the ability to use the software I don't own. Can't have everything I suppose :-)

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. For me, the one thing that is always consistent and improving the most is Microsoft Office. I love the "Family" version because we can have one subscription for all the computers and family members we need in our household. I highly recommend to backup/sync all of your Office files and documents into OneDrive. The best part is we never have to worry about buying a new product every year.

Thence, this was part of the bundle purchased together with PC 11.5, that I have returned for a refund. The HP product bought around one month ago and was told I would get a refund for everything but this item and Webroot.

I always buy a new code before my subscription expires since the codes are always cheaper than the automatic renewal price. However, something changed with the subscriptions in 2020 and I can't active this code until the current subscription actually expires. So please keep in mind that if you have a current subscription that you may not be able to use this code until the current subscription expires.
