Best Buy failed before they even delivered. The old guy that was the sale guy, Was old, slow and would not speak up! He was extremely frustrating to deal with and had a bad attitude. He knew my husband and I were needing to stack the machines, that we needed the washer and dryer delivered, stacked and hooked up. I ask about it three times. So the jerk of a sales person didn’t include the stacking pieces. So when the delivery guy called I reminded him we will need them stacked, he said there is no hardware included to stack them. So I called to have that added to my order. I had to call three times and 2 of the times I was placed on hold, covering an hour and a half, most of that time on hold where no person ever picked up!

I love the new layout. This includes everything you will need for work. Also it will link up to work servers, E-Mail, and much more. I have noticed new programs other than you basic word, excel, PowerPoint, but I have not used them yet.

Love Microsoft Office product. Am very pleased with this purchase.

This edition of Microsoft 365 Family is easy to use and provides all the necessary tools to create excellent reports and presentations.

I ran into issues with getting the install to recognize on the Air but worked through it.

I but this software so i could take advantage of all the things i could do with it. thanks.

Being that Microsoft Office is the say all be all in word processing, spreadsheets, etc; this package deal can not be beat. I have the whole family hooked up at a fraction of what it once cost me. Really don't understand why everyone is so against 365?!?!?!

Great for renewals or starting and office 365 subscription (about the same price as upgrading office on there typical release cycle). Add it to your Microsoft account and you can easily download for installation on up to 5 machines.

Microsoft Office was installed on 4 of my computers. Couldn't live without it!

If you are going to get a Mac of any kind, you need to get this software. It will make you productive and also easily moves to other platforms, like Windows-based units. I also like being able to load this onto multiple devices, like my MacBook.

I like the subscription style to keep the software up to date. But, I don't like all the changes that are implemented because I get used to using the old menus. I also like that it comes with all the Microsoft Office programs, not just 2 or 3.

It's a pretty simple setup but there are so many updates each time I use it.

I highly recommend this for anyone who is not very computer savvy

With homeschooling 3 teenagers its nice to have office instead of the free open office. This has all the bells and whistles. Though you have to be on internet at least once a week to sign into the account, but were usually on it daily.

This is the best version of Microsoft Office that I've used, I recommend it.

Takes a little time to get use to some of the new features, especially in Excel. Always been a fan of Office. The special price for five (5) subscriptions is excellent when purchase it at the same time you purchase a new computer.

365 takes a bit getting used too. It is great for people who work from home.
