I've used 365 since it came out. This is the best buy for Office and incredibly large (1TB) cloud storage for each of 5 (yes FIVE) users. If you have a family, this 5 user package beats the Education discount I believe.

I had a problem of trying to load the program on to my computer. I took the software along with my computer three times I they could not help me because the system was very slow. I finally did it myself again and it worked. Best buy could not help me.

Good to go if you already know MS office suites and want to keep up to date.

Office 365 provides an avenue to keep your Office products updated although it does create a recurring expense. As far as the individual products, they are typical Office suite products although the new Outlook 2016 is somewhat painful to use.

One can't imagine having a computer or laptop without Microsoft Office, but manage your subscriptions carefully. When you purchase this, you must provide a credit/debit card for an auto renew subscription. After purchasing, I realized that I had an existing subscription from a previous purchase that I could transfer. However, after 15 days and not using the registration key on this product, I received a "prorated" refund of half of what I paid. Think about that...50% prorated refund for 15/365 days of a subscription I never activated. No, Bill Gates won't send me $0.10 for each email I forward to make up the difference.

I had to get business to have outlook but it works great

Office 365 offers great programs that are easy to use. No complaints about the software but I didn’t use as often but the students in my home found it very useful/easy for homework assignments.

Wish Best Buy offered a digital download; would have been much easier.

I like the extra cloud storage it comes with. That is really a plus. And all the online pre-made templates keep me fron having to reinvent the wheel sometimes. It is a bit pricey, but some Best Buy rewards can help with that!

I think it’s pretty ridiculous how expensive it id. I’m glad my college is making it available for free because otherwise I wouldn’t be buying it

It's often a better a deal to buy Microsoft Office 365 at Best Buy.

Bought a new computer and have had Office in the past so this was a "necessity". Have installed it on both my wife's and my new computer and emailed it to our grand daughter to install on her computer.

I attempted several times to return this item when I cancelled the purchase that it came with. But I was never given a response and when I attempted to get a person on phone I was never connected to the applicable person. I still have not received a refund even after cancelation of the item it was ordered with. I am terribly disappointed with this purchase and lack of profesionalism in returning fuds to my account.
