I was adding a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 so that I could have a light-weight full feature computer to take when I travel, instead of my heavy 15-inch laptop. Instead of purchasing Office 13, I decided to go this leasing route, and I wanted the flexibility of installing the software on my phone and my iPad. This seemed like the ideal approach, and I think I am really going to enjoy its Cloud Storage feature.

Family plan made sense - super simple to just split the costs of the plan per the user, everyone gets the benefits, don't have to worry about paying individual pricing.

I like the ease of installation, but you have to set up a Microsoft account before being able to use it, then need to 'remember' the account/password to install on other computers, otherwise, it will delete the already installed software on other computers.

I returned to the store and your amazing GEEK team assisted me and found an error. They credit my account and I re-purchased another Microsoft office , GEEK team re-installed and everything worked fine. Thank you
