Easy product to use and download and can be put on multiple devices

I am an Adobe Cloud user and have enjoyed the incremental update experience. I jumped at the chance to buy Office 265. I am very pleased and use it on my android tablet as well as my windows ten 2 in 1. I have become comfortable with cloud storage and the generous 1TB that comes with Office 365 is a big plus. Keeping the learning curve down really helps me with my productivity. Being retired I find it helps me with my data sharing among my family and friends.

This Office is very easy to work with. I love everything it includes (I only got it for word) and find myself having all the different tabs open while I work.

Great service, nice staff. Knowledgeable on the products and if they didn’t know an answer they would find out. Easy to pick up order. 10/10 experience.

I've been running Office 2010 until now and moving to this latest update to Office has been great and easy to adapt to all the enhancements. I did have an issue doing the install where my brand new computer had a pre-loaded version already on it. When I put in the product key it would come back with an error code. I went to the Microsoft help page and they ended up dialing into my computer and resolved the issue. I was very satisfied with the support.

The Geek Squad Manager, she’s amazing who cares for her customers. I forgot her name but, she will remember my horrible story with Geek Squad. I bought a computer 3 years ago and asked them to come and connect at my home. The representative I was speaking with told me it will be about 4 to 5 weeks before they can get out. This was a crazy answer, so I returned the computer for a full refund and also I cancelled my Best Buy Account. Thanks to Your Valuable Manager, this year I bought a a computer from Best Buy. Customer service is the key to success!!! Robert

I spent nearly 30 minutes with the Microsoft rep inside the store. He explained so much and I can't thank him enough. Just like Xbox Live, Microsoft has decided to sell subscriptions to their service instead of "office 2016." Ultimately, it makes sense so I get it. Most people don't want to pay for one more item, but.. Some of the new features are critical for students. They should seriously advertise the ability to convert an entire document into MLA, AMA or other formats with the press of one button. Just this feature makes Office 365 priceless to any student.

Easy install and works well with old Office 2007 files. Just hope I'm not surprised next year at renewal.

I have been using Office 365 for two years, now, and purchased this package at the time for renewal in order to change the registration details. I appreciate that I am able to install all of the office applications on multiple computers. What's more, as soon as 2016 became available, I was automatically given the opportunity to upgrade without additional charge. I think this is an excellent approach, especially where multiple computers are involved.

The Microsoft package is an added plus, along with the Geek Squad.
