great value. I use the cloud service & office however, I dont care much about skype. 1TB storage per account is great but few years of uploading Photos, videos, & documents, they start to add up. I would really like it if there was an option to add more storage to each account.

I've used Microsoft Office for decades. I've always been reluctant and upgraded only when I had to. But newer technologies such as cell phones, tablets, and the Cloud it created a whole new computing environment. So I finally took the plunge and upgraded to Microsoft Office 365. It now runs seamlessly on my PC, my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, and my new Samsung S9. All my documents are easily stored on the cloud and visible from multiple platforms at once. I can literally update a document on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and see the results on my PC simultaneously. On my PC it runs much faster than MS Office 2010. It was worth the wait. And there were two surprise bonuses: it literally copied all of my set up and recent documents from my Microsoft Word 2010. And it did not remove MS Office 2010 from my PC. So I can literally run two versions of Microsoft Word simultaneously if I have the need.

This is a very good program for the money the only down side is that you have to buy it every year.

Full Office package as expected. We bought the one with 5 licenses for desktop, laptop, and mobile.

This Office is very easy to work with. I love everything it includes (I only got it for word) and find myself having all the different tabs open while I work.

I was hesitant to upgrade by office program but, this was an easy install with additional features and a license for up to 6 other people. It was a familiar program that I already used. It was an inexpensive upgrade and my family loves it too.

I purchased it for an English class I am taking and I love it. It is easy to use and to install.

Never buy CD's again. Always updated to latest version. 5TB of cloud storage. 5 users. Great value.

Customer service was so helpful in helping me renew my Microsoft 365 when the time came. I didnt have to go into the store, they sent everything right to my email since i needed it right away. Awesome customer service.

The Geek Squad Manager, she’s amazing who cares for her customers. I forgot her name but, she will remember my horrible story with Geek Squad. I bought a computer 3 years ago and asked them to come and connect at my home. The representative I was speaking with told me it will be about 4 to 5 weeks before they can get out. This was a crazy answer, so I returned the computer for a full refund and also I cancelled my Best Buy Account. Thanks to Your Valuable Manager, this year I bought a a computer from Best Buy. Customer service is the key to success!!! Robert
