It is all on line and Best Buy is no help either in resolving this issue. All support is on line and not helpful at all. And I’m order to revive help you need to log into you Microsoft 365 account that you are locked out off. This system sucks.

However, this is really a good dead to stay up to date without having to buy a new revision. You will be glad you made this purchase!

Now we can all have office that need it, and it includes office on the web too if you are away and need to do some work you can sign in and work on it, save it and access it for later.
