Works great my team And I love how it works……………..

It's Microsoft Office, so no surprises or unmet expectations on the product itself, however... the three extra months of subscription we thought we were getting, we will not because of the fine print. We relied on the Best Buy employee's word that we would get 3 months extra subscription without actually reading the card. Also, it took a while (weeks) to figure out how to get this new subscription to override our old academic licenses, which was the whole reason that we bought it in the first place. I appreciate the complete lack of excess resources used in the product's physical packaging, however some actual installation instructions of value would have been appreciated.

M365 is essential to our work and home needs. We needed to upgrade from Personal to Family M365 license so that each family member had their own copy of Office on their devices. I did not want to lose the $ spent already on the Personal license. The store recommended I call the 800 number -- I called BB and they refunded me the pro-rated amount for Personal so I can buy the more expensive Family license while I was at the store. Though odd, this process was super easy and the 800 service tech was GREAT!

To have the same product over all 5 computers at work instead of different versions on each on is probably the only real benefit here. Outlook is having problems with windows 10, which is ridiculous, and excel has a weird lag to it when you switch cells. I think they were going for a style there but it just comes off as sluggish. FAIL Microsoft.

The sales team was great. I also had the easiest time installing this one and canceling my old one. I'm enjoying this version much better. Its less complicated to understand.

Using Office products for the entire family. Each of us can access the latest version of Office products and have 1TB of cloud storage. It have been great for the kids in school and for the added storage with SSD drives.

I appreciate the many options in the subscription, even if I don't feel the need to use many of them. I also appreciated being able to use it among the family on more than one computer.

I've been using Microsoft products since 3.1. If you've never used Office 365, there will be a bit of a learning curve, but nothing you won't figure out. Meaning, it's different, but not terribly complicated. I'm not too excited about the yearly renewal...but as technology moves forward, you have to adjust.

Easy to install and set up. Wish they had a family plan that didn’t have to renew every year.

It comes with 1TB free of OneDrive on the cloud storage. I was paying $100 for less.

The high TB availability for oneDrive storage is helpful and as always Word is a staple.

5 users for one monthly fee. Not bad, I use all 5 so its worth it. Always up to date.

Apple 365 is a good product but people need to be aware do not load that program or open it when it gets an email to them wait until they get their product and then at that time install it I have not installed this program because I’ve already purchased a family plan from two years ago and I’m utilizing that now And I don’t know even if I’m ever going to use this purchase product because of the problems I had with the single subscriber one that I lost my money on

They definitely rely on built-in insistence of this program over something cloud-based like Google Docs to continue to charge what they do. But overall, the program is good.

This software package is just what we were looking for with our new Windows 11 and our new HP desktop.
