There have been some upgrades I need to get used to. Some of the features of the older product needs to be brought back.

She retired and had built quite a EMAIL list on OUTLOOK and now we find, it does *NOT* fully work where another software has NO ISSUES. We were told by three ( 3 ) ISP .. that ".. Outlook 365 is broken and Microsoft told them, they are NOT going to fix it." I WILL NOT BE RENEWING ..

Bought just for desktop OneNote

I barely use the others but OneNote is everything! I use it for work life and home life. No more dozens of spiral notebooks laying around :D

Office software as it should be

I like that I can use it across all my devices including apple products. I wish it wasn't a yearly subscription but a lot of software is going on that direction these days.

I'd be lost without it. Oh, and was easy to install....all online.

Both find it super helpful to get work done and easy yo use. We just had a little bit of difficulty installing between the 2 computers.
