It was installed on one device and when I tried to install on a different device, I had problems. I had to call Microsoft for help. They were able to install it on my laptop and pointed out some key features.

Unable to download. Got it after an hour of work. Product key put in wrong once. Got permanently locked out. Demanded paper product key. None exists. Demanded a refund. Had to drive to the store. All savings destroyed by wasted time and expense. Boycott this product.

Had to call support; the representative walked me through sending an invitation to other users and I was then able to load it onto the other user's laptop.
