Easy install and use on all of my computers. Good job.

Got it for college course . Onedrive does not sync. Having to buy outside items to learn how to understand better.Beezix Quick reference cards are helping .365 for dummy's is way to detailed and complicated,58 pages on the cloud.And Onedrive cloud does not work.

We repeatedly tried to renew our subscription through online chat and phone. We had changed our email address. No one could do anything and I use Outlook...So, we went through Geek squad to renew. What a mess our computers would be without the Geeks!

Don't get me wrong, Microsoft Office 365 is like an additional must have body part. This WAS my 3rd subscription purchase from Best Buy. However after a Best Buy Geek Squad tech mistakenly canceled/deactivated a recent newly purchased (at a lower cost) unused subscription card when requested to cancel the previous subscription auto-renewal, I'm offered by a supervisor a refund lower than the purchase amount (even though it was never used) in 7-10 days. No offer to just replace the deactivated card. Therefore after being given the "even though" resolve, I will use my choice and subscribe directly to Microsoft for the same current amount if purchased 3rd party from Best Buy and eliminate the possible mistake at my co$t.

We purchased Office 365 Home subscription for our family and have installed it on 2 of our computers. I am currently unable to install it on my laptop. A message appears that states it has to Uninstaller something and I could lose files in order to install Office 365 Home. This concerns me.

This is by far the most cost effective way to buy multiple licences for Microsoft Office if you are using it for anything other than school work. Not a huge fan of needing to be online but I do not know any other way they could pull this off.

MS Outlook has some glitches. It stops working at times when I am writing and sending an email. Most times, the email is not recoverable and I need to stop MS outlook and restart it. It would be nice to fix this problem.

Obtained this to allow easier working between work and home. Had some difficulties installing on one machine but not the other. Could have been something I did wrong. Has taken awhile to get used to it and making sure I have the files stored where I need them but has made it possible to get rid of the laptop when going to work.

Hello. I honestly don't know how or what to use this on. I was going to read up on it , however I forgot. I'm sure it a great product, if it helps protection on your electronics. You can never be to safe. Happy New Year

Office is a very expensive product. Getting this subscription for a purchase was very generous and shows good customer satisfaction. Finding ways to make purchases feel like you’re getting everything you can out of it.

A product to learn for your personal and business use. Good to know the software for your resume. MS office can keep accounting keep storage details and organize a whole office. Run your personal life like an office and you will be organized.

Windows 8 was a disaster for Microsoft. But the more Microsoft moves toward the Apple OS the better. Windows 10 does this, but it does away with cool programs like Movie Maker. Microsoft provides a Windows 10 download for the new Movie Maker but don't waste your time because it is aweful.

Overall, a nice upgrade without losing too much of the things you're been used to for so many years. There are many new interactive components, but haven't had the time to play with them all. Hate the required annual renewal, as opposed to being able to buy a package and keep it for years.

There's a lot of options out there for this kind of program cheaper than this. Too expensive for something that i don't use regularly. But is froms Microsoft so it is good.

Great idea if you like to always have the most recent software. But sometimes you get used to something and the update/change may not be what you want or a hassle to learn. But I'm sure it's also because I jumped from 2007 version. Maybe as they update this, smaller impacts will be easier.

I thought it would be easier to order and send to me. It was okay except the employee did not set up the code used for the program. Had to go to store after talking with employee services in order to be able to get one that I could download on my computer.
