I gave this product four stars out of five because I love writing and Microsoft Word is, for me, the near-perfect vehicle for my literary creativity. In addition, Microsoft Word 365 gave me further reason to be enchanted: Installation without having to insert a disk! I was surprised at first; I initially thought that something was missing. However, I quickly warmed up to that orange card. It's an excellent improvement.

Seamless in connecting the other users and ohh my the speed is top notch!!!! it saved us from buying single-user licenses.

This was a Great value for a sharable license with the family.

The sales team was great. I also had the easiest time installing this one and canceling my old one. I'm enjoying this version much better. Its less complicated to understand.

Installed easily and I get updates all the time of the most current products.

I appreciate the many options in the subscription, even if I don't feel the need to use many of them. I also appreciated being able to use it among the family on more than one computer.

Bought for my middle school daughter and share it with my sister in college. Both find it super helpful to get work done and easy yo use. We just had a little bit of difficulty installing between the 2 computers.

This is a great progrom for using and learning Word and Excel, very user friendly

I have only used this for opening my existing worksheets on my laptop. I don't like this online version of office as much as the stand-alone version. However, it does not eat up as much hard drive space. The one thing I was not happy with was the activation. I did not receive product key automatically with purchase, and it took way too long to have issue resolved. There was no way to get to a live person to generate product key. I was forced to go through electronic red tape, and 3 separate help desks before getting to a person who could help me.

When I bought a computer, I also bought office programs, I was very satisfied.

I don't know when I purchased my first Office product, but I keep renewing it to the latest because It has everthing I need and with my All Tech discount, is a GREAT bargain. I'd be lost without it. Oh, and was easy to install....all online.

M365 is essential to our work and home needs. We needed to upgrade from Personal to Family M365 license so that each family member had their own copy of Office on their devices. I did not want to lose the $ spent already on the Personal license. The store recommended I call the 800 number -- I called BB and they refunded me the pro-rated amount for Personal so I can buy the more expensive Family license while I was at the store. Though odd, this process was super easy and the 800 service tech was GREAT!

I have used the Office Suite going back to versions 1.0 of Word and Excel, so over 20 years. I stopped when I retired and tried Open Office. At first I like OO but then experienced frequent crashes on its spreadsheet program then had a database crash. I was only able to recover the database by having a OO programmer surgically repair it. So I decided that MS Office is a great value.

It’s a must have on the computer came along great with the package that I got from Best Buy and I’m sure that if you buy a computer from Best Buy you should also install Microsoft word or anything you need school office the product is so awesome I’m Best Buy has the best prices

They definitely rely on built-in insistence of this program over something cloud-based like Google Docs to continue to charge what they do. But overall, the program is good.
