There's little choice you have when it comes to spreadsheets and Word documents. So I'm stuck, being forced to buy a monopolized products. Microsoft doesn't mix with Google Docs, Google doesn't mix with Apple, Apple doesn't mix with Microsoft, So yeah me! It is what it is, a year by year rental of Microsoft Office.

First installation went fine. On computer 2 I spent over 2 hours with geek squad until they gave up. I spent more than 2 hours with microsoft and now I have to do it all over again. On the third computer the software would not load. I am very unimpressed with the lack of support by Best Buy.
