Didn't have the option with this purchase as automatic renewal was still required, so I returned the product and purchased a card elsewhere. Not sure if it's Best Buy making us sign up to auto-renew or Microsoft, but wasn't thrilled with that change.

Anyway we had to reset and it took off our microsoft office and then asked for a new key using up 1 of our 6 keys even though we never used it. We need that given back.

I was interested in scanning documents into editable Word documents. The sales person said the All-In-One printer that I purchased would do that. Then printer would not. I contacted HP support for assistance and they said for a $25 fee they would explained to me how to correct the problem. I refused and took the printer to your store and asked if they could help. They said yes for a $40 Geek fee. I returned to printer and print cartages for a refund.
