I thought I downloaded it on my and my mom's computers but then I was unable to use the programs. Not sure what I did wrong and since I'm a Mac user I'm not bothering to figure out how to fix it.

I never got the promised email with the Key Code and I have had to call and be on hold for extended periods every time I wanted to install another of my 6 users. Really really a pain. Never again.

We wanted to chime in and let you know that if you have Microsoft 365 Family redeemed to your Microsoft Account you should be able to see it in your subscriptions.
