    Unable to get to work with Google mail and Best buy said they could help set up for her, unhappy and can't pull up documents or pics on new computer

    I think we all need Office Home but I do not think we should have to purchase it once a year. I never had to purchase my Office products but once. I absolutely love Office and work with it everyday. This is a necessity for me.

    We have never been able to get this to install on any other device even though it is supposed to be for several devices. It works fine for the one we did install it on.

    Horrible experience! Purchased it on March 19, 2021. Not able to use it. Microsoft says it expired the same day it was purchased. Not able to resolve problem at Best Buy where it was purchased or through Microsoft.
