Office 365 will hold you hostage for more $$

Had always used it and shied away from Apple Pages and Numbers apps. Got a huge surprise when the year was up and they wanted to charge me another $100 annually to access my own files on my computer (not in the cloud). My files became read only. Some of tHese were files I created ten years ago! I am having to recreate them in Pages as I refuse to have Microsoft control and profit from me. Apple Pages and Numbers are just as good, if not better than Office! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you Microsoft for converting me to being an Apple user.

Fix your Cancellation of a Subscription

Doesn't actually last a year

After talking to Microsoft support for over an hour any form of help was refused. Better off just flushing your money down the toilet and using google docs, hey it's free!!!
