I purchased one for myself and then one for a family member, great choice with Best Buy

I love the Microsoft 365 Family, it lets you send it to individuals instead of using the regular Microsoft where you can add 6 electronics, with same individual name .

The good news is Microsoft allows multiple computers to utilize the same contract. The bad news, 12 months from now (15 months if you purchased Microsoft 365 Family from Best Buy) you get to renew the contract. And 12 months later you get to the renew the contract. And 12 months later you get to the renew the contract. And so forth. Sure, you could buy a 1 time, 1 payment install and never pay a renewal fee but you get to be unhappy if you have more than 1 computer in the family.

Very easy to share and set it up this product ! My family and myself are using it.

Best Buy made it s very easy to buy what we needed and even help with the activation.

Having always had a physical version (ie. CD) before, it was different to handle the installation and "sharing" with my children completely online, but all went very smoothly. We are all successfully using the software and are pleased with the outcome.

I decided finally that it was time to get the real thing to try to learn more for a job change. It is fairly easy and has lots of good features that I was missing in the free office products.

The software I purchased had 3 licenses good for Windows or Mac. I had no problems installing this software on my new HP. However, I had major issues w/Mac. I called Microsoft customer service and they told me I must have a virus and wanted to sell me an annual subscription for $300+. They said I could not install Office until they fixed my Mac. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that. I called Apple and they had me run a scan and said there was nothing wrong with my laptop. They walked me through installing the software that took forever and never ended up downloading the entire Suite. I would recommend this software for Windows based computers but not Apple.

I purchased this plan with a new going PC. I enjoy the ability to get the free apps for your phone that sync with the program on your pc. Got it at a cheaper bundled rate.

Good deal for the Family Plan. We get up to 6 people for only $30 more and they dont have to be in same house.

Microsoft, 365 is a good product, the fact that 5 devices can use it is great.

Easy to download. Easy to use. It meets all my expectations.

Outlook, Word & Excel are programs I use daily. I can’t imagine trying to conduct business without Microsoft 365. Best Buy had the best price.

This is a must have!! I have multiple computers and this was easy to install on all of them and keeps everything up to date. The cloud works amazing too, I love how I can move from one computer to another and not have to transfer anything.

It is working very well. It is a good addition to me daily work.

While the software is great and easy to install, it's a still a shame at this point that it's not standard on a Windows operated computer.

I have been using software for a few years, and it meets our current needs for personal use, and college use. I also like that 6 users can be on you plan.
