It was not clear what to click on to download it or if it was working. Once it was downloaded it was fine.

Don't like the idea of "lease" terms. Great customer service at store-explained all my options. Nice being able to load it on up to 5 machines.

That it can be shared with five family members is a great additional feature. The 1 TB of cloud storage per user is yet another valuable benefit that is much cheaper than purchasing the same storage separately.
