A requirement for business; not perfect with Macs

And, it's annoying that the software has moved to an expensive annual subscription. However, it's a necessary evil for now. The Mac office version is OK. It gets the job done. I've found there are a few glitches, particularly with Outlook and PowerPoint, that don't make it 100% functional. And, I've read that these are uniquely Mac problems. Not to mention that Microsoft is often delayed in updating its software to match the newest iOS. So, if you're rolling over to a whole new Mac OS, I'd wait a few months to give Microsoft a chance to catch up. Otherwise, you may run into some serious glitches.

The fact that my latest office software was no longer updating is a little frustrating, but I do like how this package came with online access as well as cloud storage.

The one drive is convenient way to share lots of photos and movies with my family. Its also a life saver for backing up important documents and files. Awhile back I had to take in my car to get fixed and I needed a loaner. In order to get the loaner I had to provide some insurance information. For some reason the app wasn't working but I was able to access a saved copy of my insurance information on my one drive. If it wasn't for one drive I would have been out of a car for a couple months. As far as I can tell ms365 has paid off for itself.
