I just had to have Outlook and Word. I am too used to them to live without them.

Office 365 great for work and home productivity. The one year subscription for multiple PC's and Android devices is a great deal, especially considering Best Buy did honor a price match from a national competitor saving me some meaningful cash.

Basic Microsoft Office product is great for any communication/presentation needs.

Best Buy made it easy to renew during the pandemic

other than the basic MS gripes, this has worked just fine

I have had no problems with this program. It is all I need in a word program

My husband is not computer literate but wanted to get better versed in using a laptop. He found using Office products much easier then in years past and is creating documents and spreadsheets with ease. Great product.

I finally bit the bullet and bought Office 365 and love the ability to use it for spread sheets and memo writing. I'm was getting annoyed that I could not open Word docs that I was receiving on e mail. Now all is well.

I love these digital copies so much more than the old hard/paper copies. I don’t have to worry about keeping it in a “safe” physical space, it’s backed up to the cloud or in my email. I don’t have to deal with the serial code getting rubbed off, not being able to read it and thus not being able to use the product I paid for. Microsoft office products work great and they keep getting better. I wish they were a little cheaper at times but they do what they claim to do and benefit plenty of people. I probably wouldn’t have used the programs at all if I hadn’t gotten 3 months for free with a product I purchased. Once the subscription runs out, I most likely won’t purchase it.

I cancelled this purchase a week later for cash and a month later still dont have my refund check. This is poor service

Everything looks goods so far except the silly Office Online login with your email nonsense.

Best Buy failed before they even delivered. The old guy that was the sale guy, Was old, slow and would not speak up! He was extremely frustrating to deal with and had a bad attitude. He knew my husband and I were needing to stack the machines, that we needed the washer and dryer delivered, stacked and hooked up. I ask about it three times. So the jerk of a sales person didn’t include the stacking pieces. So when the delivery guy called I reminded him we will need them stacked, he said there is no hardware included to stack them. So I called to have that added to my order. I had to call three times and 2 of the times I was placed on hold, covering an hour and a half, most of that time on hold where no person ever picked up!

This edition of Microsoft 365 Family is easy to use and provides all the necessary tools to create excellent reports and presentations.

It's Microsoft Office. If you have used it before, then it's basically the same. The look is different and some things moved, but for all intents and purposes, it is the same solid program it has always been. I do enjoy that I can buy one licence and use it on a Mac and a PC.

I have several different types of computers and this will go on all of them. Great to use. Been using Microsoft Office for many years. Put it on Microsoft Surface Go pad so I get to use same programs I’ve been using

I bought this product and was able to install it into two computers and two tablets within minutes. All documents were available in all devices after syncing the account. I can use any of my devices with ease of accessing any document I need.

There are a lot of Office competitors out there, but at $60 for 1 year for 5 machines, I don't feel too bad for paying a subscription for something I'm used to having just by default. I think someone frugal could make a strategy of picking up good annual subscriptions on Black Friday if they find the product useful, or skipping it during years when they don't need it or have other options. Now that I'm paying for it I feel compelled to learn all its sub-products and that may end up benefiting me more in the long run. Though this might be an illusion. I have a desktop and laptop right now, and most others I know already have their version of Office. So should I have gone for a single user option? I'm basically in a position to give my extra subscriptions away. Merry Christamas, I guess.

I love the new layout. This includes everything you will need for work. Also it will link up to work servers, E-Mail, and much more. I have noticed new programs other than you basic word, excel, PowerPoint, but I have not used them yet.
