I recently bought a MacBook Pro for school purposes but I need the applications such as Word, PowerPoint, etc so I decided to buy this Subscription and it's perfect because I can use it on my Laptop, Tablet, and home computer.

Well, if you make PowerPoint presentations or write papers make graphs, you need 365 so you know you're always up to date. My only complaint is that I wish if you bought it once you didn't have to pay every year.

I attempted several times to return this item when I cancelled the purchase that it came with. But I was never given a response and when I attempted to get a person on phone I was never connected to the applicable person. I still have not received a refund even after cancelation of the item it was ordered with. I am terribly disappointed with this purchase and lack of profesionalism in returning fuds to my account.

I would tell a fiend about this product it work very good.

If you use multiple devices for a business, this software is great.

This will be a great support for my job and for all my home computers.

This system is compatible and current so it interfaces nicely with my business software at work. My old computer had Windows 7 and Vista, so there is a learning curve, but it is not too steep for me and yet I am no expert.

my customer was pleased with the 5 copies of office 365.

I have been programmed to expect to have to renew Microsoft Office 365 each year for many years since owning my 1st laptop. However, I prefer to do so 'in-store' to get a receipt & a reference number to get Geek Squad Customer Service in-store or online when there is a problem. This system may be changing with Geek Squad offering less Customer Service with more referrals to Microsoft for on-line assistance. There was so much trouble with my Office 365 Word around Labor Day that I wondered if Microsoft Word was going to continue on to the end of my subscription at the end of November, 2019 or beyond that into the next year. There currently aren't many alternatives to Microsoft Word for word processing.

This is perfect someone to use for home office or college student.

Takes some getting use to, however this product never fails to deliver.

Office 365 is great ... much better than previous traditional CD install versions

I've used 365 since it came out. This is the best buy for Office and incredibly large (1TB) cloud storage for each of 5 (yes FIVE) users. If you have a family, this 5 user package beats the Education discount I believe.

I had a problem of trying to load the program on to my computer. I took the software along with my computer three times I they could not help me because the system was very slow. I finally did it myself again and it worked. Best buy could not help me.
