Had to have Geek Squad help me install it, fix my problems and transfer my outlook files. In fact I would have been better to keep my 2010 Office than this one, but I was willing to try. I have been working with this new software for the past month now, and the bugs have corrected. The only problem is I use U-Verse with WiFi and my Outlook keeps informing me of meter charges, so it is working offline. There is no extra charges, and I haven't been able to change the settings to accept it. Would I recommend it, not really, I am somewhat old fashion, I like paper and disc, not web downloads.

It is easier to transfer documents between work and home pcs using standard Word & Excel documents. Also Outlook is best email program out there.
