I had one major problem installing the product on my Levono Yoga. I began loading the product when a massage popped up on the screen indicating that there was a major problem with my computer. Before I could even read it, the phone rang and the girl at the other end told me that I had a Trojan in my new computer. She even rolled the screen down through a listing (I assumed to be on my computer) and the Trojan showed up as the last item on the list. The company was : "USA Technical Solution POSTAL ADDRESS: 951, New London Road Newark, DE - 19711" They talked me into a 5 year service contract, and paid for the first year of the Office 365. Geek Squad person said it was a hoax. Outside of that, it is a great product.

Easy to install on all of our computers. I like that it’s an annual subscription & that it allows access to files across devices.

This product is awesome. I recommend it for work and school.

The software does have some nice changes over my old Microsoft Software. The hook is that we need to pay for an annual charge for using the software as opposed to a one-time purchase.

at one time I refused to sop at best buy, now its the only store bases on customer service and backing what the sell, was recommended product performs as well as promised for my needs

It was easy to install by downloading from the website that was linked to the emailed invoice. My only regret was that Microsoft didn't include the VISIO tool in this edition, but that was not Best Buy's fault.

Updated office program offers necessary programs for students

I purchased this for extra programs that student version did not have. Nice thing is it’s for a person so you can use it on multiple devices.

Not much to say. It's Microsoft office. Set-up was easy.

Purchased this version so my family and myself could continue to use our older Excel documents, Powerpoint and newer documents. I am happy with my purchase

Works like a charm. I previously was using a Google ChromeBook-very frustrating experiencehi fun not being able to save files, etc. New laptop in new office 365 works great!

As usual I did the office 365 update for the next year. Wish it came due sometime other than Jan 1 since it is busy time of year but that is my mistake for buying the first version then. Not best buy problem

Not only is it a fine program it is a necessary program. The performance for the various programs it controls is way beyond any piece meal programs offered by other companies.

I like that for the most part everything remains fundamentally the same. A few bells and whistles added each year but thankfully don't have to relearn everything yearly.

Great for home use. Great product. We love it. ;).
