Such a pain to install on the 1st computer! Had to call the Geek squad! Too much work, and only for one year! But my kids need the programs for school, which is why I bought three computers at the low price!

I went to buy a copy of MS office and saw this 5 user license. I have total tech support which gave me $20 off and made it the same price as the single user.

Everyone needs office, a good program and reliable

Was looking to purchase Microsoft Office for school. I have three different computers with a bunch of Word document research saved on each of them; evidently, this was a relevant buy for me.

First time I have ever purchased office software. Always used the free versions. This version is much nicer. Very easy to use and I like the linking to my one drive and the extras that come with it.

Just be careful when peeling sticker off of card so that the code doesn’t come off with the adhesive. No complaints about the software at all..... use it every single day.

For my company business applications this is the best

Microsoft Office 365 is the subscription version of Microsoft Office. It has the same Office applications as the traditional desktop versions, and provides regular updates through the year, including new features that would appear first on the Office 365 versions. For someone that depends on Office, this alone is a good value. While desktop license keys allows installation on one computer, the Office 365 licenses are tied to the user's Microsoft account (Same as in Outlook.com and Microsoft Accounts on Windows 10), and also family members (As associated in Microsoft accounts). It allows installation on 6 computers through the family group, and applies to both Windows and macOS computers. Additionally allows installation on mobile devices (Apple phones and tablets), and Android. Also, the Office 365 subscription provides valuable online features not available on the standard desktop license: - One hour of skype-out minutes, per month, per user (To US and certain areas in other countries). - OneDrive: OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud storage offering, which works well and is available on desktop and mobile systems. It can be uses to store and sync all office documents and OneNote across devices, as well as any other type of file, including pictures, and what's impressive is that the Office 365 subscription includes 1 TB per user in the family. This is an excellent value for anyone that relies on cloud storage. - And, if office documents are stored on OneDrive, there are now online versions of Office that can be accessed via a web browser, so start a document at home, edit via web from another computer and finish it via mobile apps. The Online version works well enough for simpler documents and was even able to convert a PDF to a Word document all through the web browser. Also storing documents on OneDrive makes it much more efficient to collaborate on, and share documents.

It's a Microsoft product with it's inherent flaws.But nothing is perfect. I am not thrilled with subscription based products but it's the way of the world now. Works as expected

Software works as expected. Would be nice to have long term subscription options available.

Easy to use trial with the instructions provided. Good incentive to try a new product.

I bought it for my kids. For school. And they find it easy. Also gave it to my mom and brother, so it great if you have multiple people who need it.

love how i never have to buy the next update just pay 100 a year and its always up to date and if i ever needed the support its there. and the cloud service is great

Quick to set up. Not much difference with Windows 8.

I have used Microsoft Office products for a long time, always buying the product with install media. I was able to get one easy install of the 5 included, but the second was extremely difficult, taking over one day to get product on the computer and working.

I learned yesterday that you now receive one product key code and if you try to enter the same code on another machine (hence the family plan), it will not allow it and tells you the code has already been used. I had to get on with Microsoft support to have them show me the website I needed to go to in order to download it. Nothing is ever easy with Microsoft and that is exactly why I only use them when i have to.

Quick, easy to use, always available online or off. Subscription based with auto upgrade, 1TB of space on my Microsoft emails accounts, cloud backup, this product was done right.

I do every thing with my Office 365. All my presentstions and client support and billing are done with the applications are done with word . All my spread sheets are done win Excel

Microsoft Office is a complete home and home office package. It's easy to understand and use and it contains all the tools we need for our small business and personal use.
