Still cannot get Outlook to work. It is the only reason i purchased "FAMILY". And on line support is unable to assist me - sent me directly to Microsoft.

I hadn't upgraded my Microsoft Office since 2007, and it is truly amazing all of the streamlined features now in the program.

I love this product, we need it for all electronics in the house and it served it purpose and the price was right.

I have had Microsoft Office on my home computers as long as I can remember. I used 'Word' and 'Excel' every day as well as 'Outlook' and 'Power Point'. My wife uses Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point extensively in her job as an Educator. This year, I was in "Best Buy" and happened to see the Office 365 for home use so I bought it. Then I remembered I had automatic renewal so got online and cancelled the Auto Renewal. Boy was that a mistake. It has now been about six weeks and after working with customer support for hours and hours I still do not have a functioning copy. I even had Microsoft support take over my computer and install it on One of my three Macs and 1 PC. As soon as the computer was turned off for the night; nothing works! Now, I have hundreds of files I cannot read and even mail I cannot access. If there were anything comparable I would not hesitate to use it. Unfortunately, I write for a living and simply cannot afford to try reformatting everything. I should mention that in the middle of all this, I Microsoft started requiring double passwords on their products but so far, no luck in having Microsoft recognizing new passwords.

Purchased the 5-license version and we like it! I am used to the Office platform on a PC and it is easy to use on the Apple platform as well.

My son and I use the Microsoft office services all the time. Especially my son with school, spread sheets, excel and power points are so much easier for him

Its so much better to have a card than a cd. you can store for up to 5pc, tablet or cell phone. Buy one for one year subscription and its prompts you to renew it.

Office 365 suite is good, but I hate annual subscriptions. We are becoming a culture of subscriptions with everything and this just piles on. Oh well, it is a fine product

In our family we have 2 laptops and 2 tablets. This is a good way to have the same version of Windows Office on all devices.

Likes the fact that I can install on 5 devices. Makes it easy to access on laptop as well as iPad or phone. Basically it's at my fingertips when I need it.

Had to change this due to up dating outlook. I find that there is no differance in what I need

I really like using Office 365. It is quick and seems to know what you want to do next. If you are looking for a spreed sheet, this is it.

This loaded super easy. I have always need my friend to help me anytime that I needed a program loaded, but not this time.

This is a great value for the product. Especially for the six users. It was only $20 more than the one user. Highly recommend product.

Purchasing Office 365 Hone from Best Buy was fast and easy. The software easy to download and install in various devices in my home. Great product

Terrific open box value. My biggest challenge was going to individual best buy stores to find open box values. I should be able to go on line to find open box items.

Office 365 is a familiar software. If you've used previous office software, you'll have no problem using this version. Plus is ability to use on other devices.

Important installation detail that is missing from the instructions!!! This software allows up to 6 people to install and use the applications after an invitation is sent from the primary account holder. Microsoft Office 365 Family software installer fails to warn you the Microsoft account used for the first installation is the Administrator account for all remaining license activations. The account you use, is then used to email an invitation to share the license with up to 5 remaining users. I was not informed and did not know this detail. I installed the first software activation on my daughter's laptop using her Microsoft account. When I tried to install it on a second laptop, an error message popped up saying the activation key was already used. I contacted Microsoft and they said there is nothing that can be done to de-activate and re-activate under a different Microsoft account email. Microsoft's so-called software engineers need to return to the user forums to learn how much they don't know.
