No need to say how really good because you will not find better than Microsoft 365 family really recommended

Hoping that computer companies will stabilize their programming. Not liking that this needs to renew each year. Maybe the updates will be good.

I highly recommend this product when purchasing a laptop. It helps us to run all the functions we need on our new computers.

I enjoy the new look and ease of use. I have had some difficulty with Outlook, but feel this is my providers issue and not this product.

Office 365 is a great subscription service. The products included fill every need I would have for office. The 1TB of OneDrive storage is so valuable and I used it heavily. The only downside is the strange Best Buy agreement for the auto-renew. It takes the billing out of Microsoft, and is handled by Best Buy. It isn't easy to turn off the auto-renew feature and will take a call to Best Buy customer service in order to change it. Not ideal. It would be better if we could manage the subscription online without having to call someone.

This software was easy to install and is easy to use. Three of us use this software and it is working well for all of us.

Microsoft products are really useful in day to day life apart from office work. Great purchase

I preferred getting the office suite and just updating it, rather than having to buy it new each year. Not sure how this will work out, since some of the laptops are in my home, and others that had been in college are now off on their own. It's hard to break it up so each person later pays for their own thing rather than me paying for the subscription for everyone every year.

I added this to my existing O365 family subscription, which most "trial" offerings do not allow. In that regard, it does things well. Microsoft's tracking of my subscription now indicates it was purchased through Best Buy though, so you might have to move/manage/cancel the subscription from your BB account, rather than your MS account, if you activate this on top of a MS-purchased subscription, as I did.

Love Microsoft. Wish it was cheaper and for a longer timeframe than just 12 months at a hundred bucks though.

Purchased in store. Instructions are very easy to follow. Best Buy even sent an email to assist with installation if needed.

I got tired of Google's ads in their webmail email client. I like the Outlook on the web email and calendar client much better. It's nice that this comes with multiple accounts so I can move my wife over to Microsoft too. Microsoft feels more secure than Google for email and file storage. There was some initial trouble getting my account to register as Premium instead of free. But the Microsoft support team got it working.

Such a pain to use. If you had an old email associated w/ it don’t even bother… this only takes new emails that have nvr had Microsoft

I really like being able to use on up to 5 pc's and devices. It allows me to have the same version of office on all devices and I appreciate having that.

We purchase this program year after year. Very happy as we are always using this for school but also with opening certain e-mails.

Always a must when you do a lot of work from your personal laptop and have kids with school projects.

Microsoft Office for the entire family! From children in HS, college, to the medical field, and education office is the standard and this got it for everyone.

I like this , it is incredibly good product camera . It is better than others and very easy installation.
