    Way too difficult to install. Even Geek Squad got stumped. Do not recommend. Why does Microsoft make it so difficult to install and have it work? My husband still can't get his Outlook to work! And the "new" Word is nowhere as easy to work with as the 2010 version. Why can't Microsoft ever leave well enough alone?

    Microsoft is the standard that I grew up with and I like the software, but when I installed the email there was a GIANT problem between using a POP3 versus IMAP "postal system" hours later with tech support both with my carrier and Microsoft, the issue was finally resolved. Probably spent 10 hours on the phone between the two systems. Be sure you know which one you want, before you click OKAY.
