I had no problem installing it on my computer, but when I tried on my daughter's computer it wouldn't load. We took the problem to the geeks and after 30+ minutes waiting for our "appointment" and another 20 or so dinking with our computers, we found out every installation has to be done through MY Microsoft account. If I knew that, I would've set up a new account because now everyone has my password.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you have two Microsoft accounts like me, one for personal and one for self-employed business, make sure you get this loaded to the correct account. My business account is handled thru GoDaddy and includes their Office 365. When I loaded this Office 365 it got loaded to my self-employed business instead of personal, and I couldn't use it. Best Buy helped me a lot by cancelling the first one and exchanging it for a new one that I made sure was loaded correctly. Kudos to Best Buy!!
