Office 2010 has better layout and graphics and much easier to see and work with. For themes MS Office 365 (2016) only offers White (very little contrast between menus and user area); Dark Gray (very depressing), and Colorful (a laugh) which only colors the menu bar (blue for Word, green for Excel, etc.). I wish I would have stayed with Office 2010!!! I usually like to try new things, but I have wasted 3 weeks on this supposedly improved product.
