But this new application is very difficult for this novice computer user to understand. Geek Squad fails to recognize the different levels of knowledge among their customers, and they tend to treat us all as if we either do, or should, be able to follow their thought processes. Even after taking my computer to Geek Squad for de-bugging, etc. I remain unable to use it to my satisfaction. I would, frankly, prefer to return this computer and find one that actually works.
