    I am very upset; my computer is now very slow; I lost many files that were 2007 text for publishing, and many texts I regularly used previously are now illegible because Microsoft word cannot read these. I cannot find another app to read them. I have never had so many problems with my machine. I would like to get rid of this program, get my money back, and buy myself a word processing I can use without waiting so long for it to work up. There also other problems are attached to this. I am very upset and disappointed.

    My previous Mac used Office 2011 for Mac. Now my new Mac required me to upgrade to Office 365 for Mac and I found some of the functions of Outlook totally different and the learning curve was difficult. I required help from Microsoft support and they were not as helpful as I had hoped. Fortunately the Answer Desk at the Microsoft Store was able to answer questions the phone support could not.
