Unfortunately discovered that rather than adding a new account, it added an extra year to my existing account! Lesson learned is use a different email to create a new Microsoft account then register the new purchase with that. Too late for me but maybe I’ve saved you from making the same mistake I did.

Would have rather had a CD, but I guess we don't do that anymore. Loads fairly quickly with 12gb RAM and a medium speed internet connection. Wish you did not have to buy a full featured suite for those of us who do simple word processing spreadsheets. Don't use PPT anymore since I retired. Only reason I recommend is there are no other good alternatives.

Just to let you know, you do have the option to purchase Office 2019! It's got the same great software and a selection of apps, based on the version you choose, for you to use on one computer at a time. When you purchase a version of Office 2019, you'll have the program for as long as Microsoft supports it.
