It seems cluttered and messy to me. I’m much more a fan of hidden away, sleek and clean. Neat and tidy. But the program works pretty much as well as before although once again, I have to search more for what I’m looking for instead of having it at my fingertips right at the top of the page. I’d only recommend it because it’s pretty much the only game in town.

I spent time chatting with a Best Buy rep asking about this and he insisted that it was a cd. Since I didn't have an optical drive I was concerned. However, in reading other reviews I took a chance that it was in fact a product key and it was. It was easy to add to my existing Microsoft account - especially since this was an upgrade from the Personal (1 users) to Home edition (5 users).

But finally realized that I need to upgrade because of all the updates for Office and having difficulty accessing files created with Office 365. I like that I can share this with other family members and I can upload the software on all of my computers.
