I work with Microsoft office a lot so, my husband installed it in his computer and when I try to do the same on mine, I couldn’t cause the number of reference it was already used. After a couple of research videos on YouTube I realized My husband needed to share it with me through his account. Finally, I could download it in my computer haha

I would recommend this to a friendGeek Squad Was Great, but Billing was Inept

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent more than a week trying to do the right thing regarding paying my bill, but Billing couldn't help because of a problem with the installation, or so they told me. Eventually, I was directed to the Geek Squad online folks, and they were very friendly and easy to understand. Eventually I was directed back to Billing because, in reality it turns out it was a Billing issue after all. After several attempts to get this rectified with billing, I was again redirected to the Geek Squad, and this time I was greeted by an agent that walked me through the process of a three-way call with Billing to help Billing understand why it was a Billing issue and not a technical issue. Ultimately, the Geek Squad agent and I were given a "solution" to the problem, which ultimately still did not give me a solution. Finally, I figured out a way to fix the problem on my own through a salesperson in the store. I literally wasted hours and hours on the phone and online trying to do something that ultimately turned out to be something simple due to my own out-of-the-box thinking.
