    great value. I use the cloud service & office however, I dont care much about skype. 1TB storage per account is great but few years of uploading Photos, videos, & documents, they start to add up. I would really like it if there was an option to add more storage to each account.

    The product is fine, it's a little confusing on how to share documents with others and it doesn't always work to share documents. The Total Tech support person was awesome, but they always are awesome.

    Love this suite. I've used Microsoft Word, Excel, and ppt for most of my career - approx 30 years and it never fails. Love the fact that it is versatile can use it.

    I really like having the most updated versions of the software and that I am able to install it on more than one computer. The kids will get a lot of use from this for school projects.. I don't like the fact that I can't use it on older versions of Windows so I will have to update operating systems on more than 1 computer so this will work.
