The purchase process was easy. The installation was a different story. My experience in the past has been that software recognizes older versions and automatically either removes it and prompts the user to action. I had Office home single user. After three attempts I used the chat support which took over my computer and after 20 minutes installed it. Bottom line. We had to delete old app before installing.

It is the most current version, it updates to the newest throughout the time and when one renews. It has features such as Editor in Word which has been a lifesaver. I look forward to the next updates because it makes me more efficient in my work.
