This is a fantastic bundle! I love that I can have my famly and devices up to date! I take college courses and having 365 at my finger tips is essential!

Our family uses this for tablets, phones and PC's and one Mac. It's a great value and let's face it, Microsoft has great software in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. We'll be keeping this subscription for sure.

I have been using Microsoft office forever. I really liked the pay per license product. Now you need a subscription for the same services. Almost all Office functionality hasn’t changed in 15 years. Too bad I lost the licenses and disks

Needed program to continue work on my surface pro. Would rather have not had a subscription that only lasts for 1 year; hoping the renewal price will not be exorbitant. Product arrived timely and works well.

I really didn't think I would like the subscription model, but I have now had it for over two years and it has worked out well. I like always having up-to-date software. Being able to install it on 5 PCs as well as Android devices is a plus.

I renewed my subscription to Microsoft's Office 365 (Home Subscription version) over the phone with the Geek Squad, the same folks that sold Office to me in the first place. At the time of the renewal purchase he Geek Squad agent on the phone told me that I would have to go into the store and pick up a disc, that she couldn't do it for me over the phone, but she could certainly take my money--which she did. I went and picked up the card with the renewal activation number (as it turned out there is no disc), brought it home and installed it on two machines. Everything ran fine for about a month, although I kept getting the e-mail reminders from the Geek Squad that insisted that I still had to update my subscription, even though I had already done so. Then, after a few weeks, Office itself started giving me pop-up messages stating "Your subscription has expired" and requesting that I renew. So when I had the time I finally called the Geek Squad today to get this straightened out. After hours wasted on the phone with three different rep's I am still no better off than before. The rep's concluded that I had cancelled my Office package (which I never did) and bought a new one that is only good for one machine (which is not what I was told I was buying). They tell me that the renewal card that they gave me was good for only one device, not the 5 that I had paid for. This is clearly a nonsensical run-around by people who were not detail-oriented enough to get a good grasp of the problem from the start. How could the renewed package work fine for a month on two different machines and just suddenly stop if it was only a single machine license from the beginning? Somebody's missing the obvious here. So I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager who might understand something so simple, and I was told that none were on duty at the time (read "dodge" there) but that some one could call me within 24-48 hours. Since this is a Thursday that means that I won't hear from anyone that knows how to fix this for as much as four days' time. I should have just bought the renewal directly from Microsoft, and I most certainly will in the future. I am floored by this since I have always had such good luck with the Geek Squad, but the last couple of times that I have called it has not been that way. Things have gone from great to horrible in just a year's time, and the pattern promises that things will only get worse. The rep's were all still very nice and extremely polite, but relatively useless when it came to fixing the problem. Hopefully, this will turn out better in the long run, but then getting good service for a single issue should never have to become a lengthy event.

Love that my family can join all with the same account! Reduce paperwork. Google just isn’t as easy to manipulate!

This is a very common and definitely, a very decent Microsoft product.

It does it's job. I like that I can use it on up to five macs.

I love the Office suite, the extra storage, and the parental controls this enables me to have with my child's computer. It's a fantastic service. The only thing that could make it better would be an option for adding more family members for those of us with larger families. I also wish it had compatibility with the google home setup. I'd love to be able to just use my microsoft lists or calendars on the google app, easily. Maybe in the future.
