Office 2016 has many great new features, which helps me with my work

What's a pc without MS office software..? Definitely a good deal.

We decided to upgrade to Microsoft Office 365 when we purchased a new printer because of the offer the combo purchased provided. Office 365 is not an easy product to install or understand how it works. The online minimal instruction is not user friendly. We I inquired with the Geek Squad service, I was told I needed to seek help from Microsoft- that is what they have to do. Thanks a lot! The good deal has become a technology nightmare. I haven't even begun the install of the printer yet because of the time spent trying to get Office 365 to function properly. Waste of time and money! Now I will probably have to pay someone to assist in the install which should not happen if the install steps and setup were more user friendly.

I upgraded to office 365 to handle business documents.....so far so good

Setup was easy. Managing the licenses is simple. Price was reasonable.

Easy to download--no problems. Works like any other Office product.

Office has work effectively and works good for our setup. Like the fact that it can be used by multiple user. The yearly subscription is the only downside but it does update which is good.

By now, most are familiar with the majority of MS Office products. I really like that this subscription is for up to 6 people and 5 devices each. It was easy to install on my laptop. Programs launch quickly and are easy to do basic functions with. I would take a half star from MS for some of the cumbersome things I encounter in their programs. It is downright impossible to get some things to just move over a little bit. Finding instructions in these instances is impossible. The help function has NEVER ACTUALLY HELPED. The app to install on my tablet combines Word, Excel, and PPT. Not so sure I like that, time will tell.

I have it 5 stars because Microsoft 365 is a standard in my opinion. But buyer beware when you buy this from Bestbuy you get to go thru the auto renewal system on Bestbuy and when you log on MS Page Subscription System it directs you to Bestbuy ouch complications

Works well and performs as expected; just not as integrated as apple products.

I love the convenience of Best Buy - Geek Squad, with handling all- in-one my computer concerns and up-dates. Service at Geek Squad counter in College Park is very good, friendly and never tired of answering questions. They might be a little under-staffed.

Just what I needed to work from home. Customer service was excellent.

This was the easiest electronic purchase i have ever made. The salesman was very knowledgeable and gave exact options for bext quality. He was very professional at the whole purchase, i was in a wheelchair and he made it convenient and fast.

It's takes a little getting use to. Looking forward to becoming proficient in Excel.
