    Once the product key was entered, downloading and installing was easy. MS Office 365 runs much smoother on my Mac than the MS Office 2011 I was running. Obviously, it was time for an upgrade.

    This is a great Office overall. One of the flaws it had was it does get a little complicated in places. If one does not have prior experience with Office, I would recommend watching instruction packages or maybe getting one of those "Dummies for..." books. It would help simplify an otherwise great program package. Complicated - One Star down.

    I was switching from Office Personal to Office Home. The download was a bit of a hassle requiring Microsoft's intervention to accomplish. This was not the fault of the product but mine. I didn't remove Office Personal prior to attempting to load Office Home. It took Microsoft's techs over 3 hours to successfully accomplish the download then test the various apps. Now that it is properly installed, everything works great and is easy to use. All files transferred to the updated apps with no problems or glitches. Be sure you remove any old product prior to attempting this install so you don't run into the problems I did. A bit THANKS to the Microsoft techs for the stick to it attitude getting this product installed on my laptop!!!!
