    6 family users for this item and not in the same household. We live in different states. Three users students and 1 uses for work. 2 are college students and one is sophomore in high school. All needed programs for school or work. The rest of us for fun.

    Love the new Outlook. All the programs look great and feel relatively easy to pick up quickly. However, Outlook crashes a lot, but I'm under the understanding that may be a glitch with Windows 8, not Outlook; that said, the features are fantastic.

    I love this product because its easy to use but I get to use on my Mac as well as my Dell! No headaches on either system and I was able to share with the rest of my family too!

    Sometimes these ways of downloading programs can be a real pain and it seems like at times it says it needs to be updated a month after I bought and installed it

    It was time to renew our subscription and the stores we bought from in the past, the cards would not activate, so ran to best buy grabbed this card it activated.
