That being said there are times when for compatibility and just ease, I do my creative and writing in a Microsoft application such as Word or PowerPoint. 365 offers a fairly painless way to have all the Microsoft product on hand for the times which I need it.

Best Buy screwed up my purchase. I purchased a laptop and a warranty. What was charged to my credit card was well above what I purchased. In fact, the $10 discount I was to receive was actually added on as a separate purchase making the total cost $119.99. Now I have to teach Best Buy basic math because they got everything wrong and I now have to correct it for them.

The learning curve is a bit different from my last stand alone. Getting easier to use. Many more templates that also help to understand different functions. The cloud subscription is a great bonusand well worth it.

I have a “vintage” MacBook Pro from 2011 that I installed a new seagate hard drive on, I had old files from old word and excel programs that o had saved and moved over, they opened up fine and the formatting was perfect. Very happy. Also, I left gmail due to insane amounts of spam and lack of success unsubscribing, and outlook is awesome. The unsubscribe button actually works, and the email is easy to use.
