It has some improvements, but takes a lot more computer processing power, however, we really don't have much choice, we have to get off of Office 2007. I like the ease of installation, but you have to set up a Microsoft account before being able to use it, then need to 'remember' the account/password to install on other computers, otherwise, it will delete the already installed software on other computers.

It was easy to upload and can share with my family.

Was easy and simple to download, very easy to swich too.

Going this route was less expensive than purchasing a suite for each computer. Always updated with the latest version

I was using the very old original office and this is so much better, smoother, seamless, easier to use, love it!!

The Geek Squad Manager, she’s amazing who cares for her customers. I forgot her name but, she will remember my horrible story with Geek Squad. I bought a computer 3 years ago and asked them to come and connect at my home. The representative I was speaking with told me it will be about 4 to 5 weeks before they can get out. This was a crazy answer, so I returned the computer for a full refund and also I cancelled my Best Buy Account. Thanks to Your Valuable Manager, this year I bought a a computer from Best Buy. I bought a new laptop and got a sweet deal on Microsoft office for the year. I'm a grad student and this was a great help to another year of protecting my school work. Best school buddy for sure!

I am an Adobe Cloud user and have enjoyed the incremental update experience. I jumped at the chance to buy Office 265. I am very pleased and use it on my android tablet as well as my windows ten 2 in 1. I have become comfortable with cloud storage and the generous 1TB that comes with Office 365 is a big plus. Keeping the learning curve down really helps me with my productivity. Being retired I find it helps me with my data sharing among my family and friends.

tried another application and found it didn't give me all the options Microsoft 365 did. Glad I came back and can use all my programs with ease again.

It was easy to install and it has what I use in it.

I've been running Office 2010 until now and moving to this latest update to Office has been great and easy to adapt to all the enhancements. I did have an issue doing the install where my brand new computer had a pre-loaded version already on it. When I put in the product key it would come back with an error code. I went to the Microsoft help page and they ended up dialing into my computer and resolved the issue. I was very satisfied with the support.
