It was easy to purchase Microsoft 365 through Best Buy. Very easy to install and share!

I am enjoying this product. It has all office applications.

To have the same product over all 5 computers at work instead of different versions on each on is probably the only real benefit here. Outlook is having problems with windows 10, which is ridiculous, and excel has a weird lag to it when you switch cells. I think they were going for a style there but it just comes off as sluggish. FAIL Microsoft.

This was great plan, I was able to use this program to graduate from college math courses. Power point and Excel are so easy to work. Best Buy staff great and so helpful every time I need help.

5 users for one monthly fee. Not bad, I use all 5 so its worth it. Always up to date.

It comes with 1TB free of OneDrive on the cloud storage. I was paying $100 for less.

This Office is very easy to work with. I love everything it includes (I only got it for word) and find myself having all the different tabs open while I work.

The Geek Squad Manager, she’s amazing who cares for her customers. I forgot her name but, she will remember my horrible story with Geek Squad. I bought a computer 3 years ago and asked them to come and connect at my home. The representative I was speaking with told me it will be about 4 to 5 weeks before they can get out. This was a crazy answer, so I returned the computer for a full refund and also I cancelled my Best Buy Account. Thanks to Your Valuable Manager, this year I bought a a computer from Best Buy. Needed to upgrade the old software on our system and this filled our requirements. Loaded to our desktop computer and the laptops.

I have this computer that we purchased two Christmases ago and we have not used it yet. I thought I asked and paid for Best Buy to load it for me and show me how to get into it and they did not but my life is had a rough year last year and here I still sit not using it

I've been using Microsoft products since 3.1. If you've never used Office 365, there will be a bit of a learning curve, but nothing you won't figure out. Meaning, it's different, but not terribly complicated. I'm not too excited about the yearly renewal...but as technology moves forward, you have to adjust.

Easy to use... mostly. I bought a subscription for 1 PC then needed to add additional PCs. I had to use a different e-mail and pay for a completely new subscription despite having 10 months left on my other one. I like the cloud storage and the programs!

tried another application and found it didn't give me all the options Microsoft 365 did. Glad I came back and can use all my programs with ease again.
