I buy the Office 365, 5 user for my sister my kids, and my self every year. Office 365 Home is a subscription built to help me and my household get things done from nearly anywhere on our favorite devices. Up to 5 household members is the best deal ever for just $99.

Still the standard for creating and sharing documents, spreadsheets and slides. No one has ever explained to me why the MAC version has to have different controls, buttons, menus. What the heck, MS? Have yet to tap into Notes. Imbedded tables remain the most non-intuitive function.

We bought this product for my son's new computer and it worked great but when I tried to install it on to our computers and there's where we had the trouble. This package is for 5 computers and it only works on one. We have tried to call geek squad for assistance a couple of times and we mysteriously we were hung up or "disconnented" ? . When we fallow the directions there is no direction for a multi user section. Stuck right now w/ useless program for now. I haven't tried to call Microsoft for help right now because of me being really busy. Wish me luck.

No idea you had to buy this and that it does not come included. Expensive. Yes i live under a rock

Previous version of Publisher software was far easier to use.

Love it mainly but I HATE outlooks new format and can't make it better.

Product is great I just dont like having to renew every year

This was a free add-on to another purchase. While I know there are free alternatives out there, office is the king when is comes to Excel. If you only need basic word then a free version can work for you.

A lot of people complain about the subscription model, but I think MS did it right allowing 6 people to use a single sub. I have my whole family shared under 1 annual cost. If I had to buy Office for each person it would be a major expense.

spent two hours on the phone today with Microsoft trying to register the product so that I could use it. The first person with whom I spoke assured me it was corrected. It was not. Then on to a 2nd person who eventually corrected the problem so that Office now is registered and performs correctly

Of course we needed the newest version of Office on our new computer, but with Office’s newest version coming out very soon we didn’t want the more expensive permanent license with 2016 version. So bought the one year, love it but it was expensive for only the one year!

A bit old fashioned. Wonder why we have to subscribe in order to use the product. How does this make it better when a majority of people don't need all the amenities. I only need it to write documents & print documents & don't need to always share.

I have always loved Microsoft products and this product is no different. The tools you need are somewhere within at least one of the programs. I also love the fact that I will be up-to-date with the newest/latest editions.

Hiring new employees in 2023 so having these licenses available will go a long way in being ready for 2023! Best Buy made it easy to download.

So far I have shared with another user. It was easy to set up sharing. I already use the 365 at work, so already familiar with the software.

Upgraded to 365 with all the Microsoft software I use. It is different than 2010, and will take a while to learn where they moved everything. Can be frustrating at first, but like most software, you learn and get use to where things are!!

I’m not sure if it’s just me but it keeps saying we need to sign in, and we are signed in. Back on the day you could purchase software and it was downloaded and it worked! Now it’s more complicated. I’m almost 40 and wish it was more user friendly!

Needed the program for my new computer and the Best Buy salesman suggested this because I needed to also install it on other computers. I followed instructions, this was not the first time installing new programs on computers. This Office is just strange, maybe it's just me. Your work isn't save as usual, there is no "save as" feature, it either gets saved on computer in pdf form or on a cloud. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe someone can help me. All I wanted was a Office Program I could use, I'm quite use to the differences with new programs but this one is too different. I am not happy with this. Opened to any suggestions of how to fix this problem.
