I don't use Office very much but I do like O365 as I can share the plan with my kids and even my mother.

I needed computer paper but, didn’t want to buy a whole case of it. While at Best Buy I conveniently found this paper. It is high quality paper. Would buy again.

We bought 1 of these and were unable to activate the software, so we returned it to the store and got another. We were unable to activate it either. We called Microsoft and they said that they were unable to activate any Microsoft 365 software purchased at any retail location. The only reason why I'm giving this 3 stars is because Best Buy was so apologetic that we couldn't get either of the software purchases to validate. If we were rating Microsoft, we'd give them a -1 star.

This product is great especially for multi device familys. I am able to download the program on my phone, laptop, tablet, and desktop. I would recommend to anyone in need of the Microsoft products.

Been needing Microsoft word on my computer so this worked out great to try the 365 and see if I like it and it's working great.

Works but I miss the days when you could purchase the programs without a subscription unfortunately you can't do that for office mobile :(

Best Buy extended our subscription. We now have fifteen months vs twelve for less.

I have been using Microsoft office for a very long time, the other programs are not worth it. I will continue using Microsoft as long as I have a computer

I don't like struggling to find the icon to start a program, but with the new icons, it takes me forever to find them! Otherwise, the product is fine. It's a rip that they want to charge me annually though.

The subscription is managed by Best Buy. You can not manage it in Microsoft account portal.

Office 365 Home is a comprehensive program that more than meets our needs. Love the Researcher and Editor for Word tools that make writing/creating documents easier.

It’s Microsoft office via subscription nothing wows me or disappoints me about it it’s the same program from 3rd grade.

Had to replace Office on my Mac because the previous version would not run under Catalina. So far this version seems to be be trouble free and reasonably fast.

Everybody needs Microsoft Office, and the annual subscription keeps us on the latest version, in addition to serve up to 6 users. So, it is an overall good deal.

I missed having Office. It's a wonderful product. I wish you could still buy the product once and be done instead of this annual supscription.

Works fine and seems to have all the features of the previous version. Word is a must for writiny docs and power point makes great presentations. I wish you did not to have to purchase a subscription each year.

Great product! The system runs smooth and makes life easier on my new computer.

Although this product works great, I am definitely old school and wish it would simply be buy and install it on your computer, and it would be good as long as you had your computer (to include any updates). Great way for them to get more money from the consumers, because they know you have to have it. The only reason I rated it as low as I did is Bill Gates really doesn't need to make more money off me every year with the billions of dollars he has.
